6th Reflection
Hello again! Okay, in this 6th reflection, our lecturer had given us a topic about giving comments about the latest movie that we have watched. So, the latest movie I have watched recently was Alice in The Wonderland, directed by Tim Burton. Well, honestly I love that movie a lot. Although it was some kind of fairy tale story or even a bed time story but seriously you can't even imagine it when these kind of story came to live. I become more excited when the casting of the movie been reveal whereas Johnny Depp, that is my favourite actor was also selected to act in this movie. This movie was all about fantasy whereas you'll see so many unusual things like there's cake when you eat it, you're size will suddenly grown become bigger than you're usual size, animals can talk, cat can fly, and even get to meet so many weird people in the place called Wonderland. To me, this movie was totally awesome! The director has successfully bring this bed time story comes to live. I hope that next time, there will be more movies that has the same level like this movie will be screened in local cinema. :D

5th Reflection
If you ask me who would I choose as my best comedian, I would choose Rowan Atkinson as my best comedian. As we all know, Rowan Atkinson was well-known as Mr. Bean because of his sense of humor. The character of Mr. Bean was developed while Atkinson was studying for his master's degree at Oxford University. Why do I prefer him as my best comedian? It's because of his sense of humor. He doesn't have to talk much to make people laugh. His expression and the silent character's physical comedy was enough to make people who watch his series shriek. Besides, I was already familiar with every of his series since I was a kid. He never felt ashamed of making fun of himself in front of people besides, he had invented a quote that said ' the best medicine is to laugh '. Although he was taking master's degree in a well-known university but he never feels proud and willing to make people around him laugh and feel happy. That's why I prefer him as my best international comedian.

4th Reflection
The message in the ' Life Without Limitation ' clip by Nick Vujicic is about how disability people can also live like normal people did. Nick Vujicic was born without arms and legs but it doesn't inhibited him doing things that he likes. What makes him different from us? Is it because of he doesn't own any arms and legs and that is why he looks different from us? NO! What makes him different or should I said special is because of the strong spirit that he own. We lived as a normal people always complain and unappreciated about what we have. Although Nick Vujicic was born abnormal but still he manage to live happily like normal people did. The clip actually had inspired me a lot. What makes me inspired him a lot is because of the strong spirit that he own. He never gives up easily although he had failed for so many time. So, if he can do things and live happily like normal people did, then why can't we? Change the way that we think and always think positively instead of saying ' I can't '. Be thankful for what we had now. :)

3rd Reflection
After watching the short clips on 2 famous lost world ( Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza ), there are 3 similarities that I had noticed in these two lost world. The first one is both cities are ancient stone architecture. But in Chichen Itza, there were fine carvings on the stone unlike in Machu Picchu wheres there only stack of stone. The second similarities between the two lost world is both cities were abandoned for a long time. This is because of a theory that both cities were ruled by single- minded ruler- ruthless and became too powerful. Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza were two-made wonders of the world. Both were made by the Mayans civilization. The third similarities that I also noticed is that both cities has been colonized by Spanish and both cities also have temple wheres in Chichen Itza, the temple of Sun is still exist and same goes to Machu Picchu.
Things that have pros will always have cons that followed up. Same goes in this case. There were also differences between these two lost world. The first differences between these two lost world is the location. Machu Picchu settled high up on the mountains, while Chichen Itza is located in a vast land a midst lush greenery. The second differences between these two lost world is the way they distribute their water. In Machu Picchu, water were supplied through systematic drain-like water channels while in Chichen Itza, the residents have to get water from a large well that was present near their city. The third differences is sacrifices were practiced in Chichen Itza, but not in Machu Picchu. This can be proven by the presence of a temple-like sacrificing site in Chichen Itza.

2nd Reflection
In this second reflection, our madam had told us to choose an explorer and why did we choose him or her. In this case, I had choose Christopher Columbus as an explorer. As we all know, he was not just only an explorer but also a colonizer and a navigator. He had completed four voyages across the Atlantic Ocean that led to general European awareness of the American continents in the Western Hemisphere. Why did I choose him as an explorer? This is because he had shown his effort in order to achieve his aim that is to establish permanent settlements in the island of Hispaniola, initiated the process of Spanish colonization, which foreshadowed the general European colonization of the "New World". Although Columbus was not the first European explorer to reach the Americas, but still his voyages led to the first lasting European contact with America, inaugurating a period of European exploration and colonization of foreign lands that lasted for several centuries. His bravery to explore has inspired me a lot. That is why I choose him as an explorer.
